Note. The name, age, sire and dam of each Pony must be given when requested. Ponies may be shown shod or unshod. Exhibitors must be prepared to produce, on the field, their Certificates of Registration/Passport to the Secretary, if required. All ponies in registered Classes must be registered prior to closing date for entry to the Show.

All ridden ponies must be 4yrs old & over, lead rein competitors must be on lead  rein all day. Age of rider is as of 1st Jan. 2022. Children under 14 years old may not show Colts or stallions. In the interest of safety, hard hats must be word by all handlers aged 14 years or Under in “In-Hand” classes. In “Ridden” classes, if a rider falls off at any time whilst in the ring, both pony and rider must leave the ring, rider dismounted and takes no further part in the class.

32.      Best Leading Rein Pony, 4 years and over, not exceeding 12.2 h.h. ridden by child under 10 years of age.

33.      Best Local Leading Rein Pony, 4 years & over, not exceeding 12.2 h.h. Suitable for & to be ridden by a child under 10 years of age residing within SIX MILES of Brough Clock.

34.      Best Pony 4 years old and over, not exceeding 12.2 h.h. Suitable for & ridden by a child under 13 years of age. A child rider from class 32 and class 33 cannot also ride in class 34.

35. Best Pony 4 yrs old & over, exceeding 12.2 h.h. but not exceeding 13.2 h.h. ridden by and suitable for a child under 15 yrs of age.

36. Best Pony 4 yrs old & over, exceeding 13.2 h.h. but not exceeding 14.2 h.h. ridden by a child and suitable for a child under 17 years of age.

37. Best Local Pony and rider residing within SIX MILES of Brough Clock. No lead rein.

38. Best Rider 10 years and under.

39. Best Rider 11 - 15 years of age

40. Best Rider, 16 years and over.

     41. Best Riding Horse over 14.2 hh. To be ridden before the judge

 SPECIAL PRIZE for best turned out Pony, Classes 32-40 donated by Mrs H. Fawcett.

 SILVER CUP to Winner of Class 37, donated by Mr & Mrs R. Hunter - to be held for one year
